In 2025, VLZS will celebrate its 125th anniversary-a milestone in a field that has undergone a huge transformation over the years. Where demolition debris used to be simply hauled away with an old truck, today VLZS stands for innovative, sustainable and professional demolition work.<\/p>

What is presented today as circular construction was common 125 years ago. Back then, the founder of VLZS anticipated this sustainable approach. He bought properties destined for demolition, dismantled them completely and sold every usable part, without waste. Everything was given a second life, from building materials to interior items.<\/p>

Today, VLZS continues this circular principle, but now with modern techniques, advanced machinery and strict regulations, ensuring that every project is carried out efficiently and responsibly.
