2012 Building Decree: separate collection of plate glass mandatory

Although the Building Decree makes it mandatory to dispose of it separately from other demolition waste, only 25 percent of plate glass is actually kept separate. This low percentage is mainly due to economic motives. The client and the demolition company save time and money if they dispose of the plate glass together with the rest of the building rubble after the wrecking ball has done its work.
